Black and White Monotypes

Here are some monotypes I made last night.
The red tint resulted from leftover ink that someone must have used on the materials previously.
It was unexpected, but I liked the way it came out.

Yummy, the cheesecloth(?) left a nice effect.

Great balance of subject matter!

Thanks Lindsay.
I used left over tarleton. It's kind of like cheesecloth. We use it to wipe the ink off of etching plates. We have a goodie box full of odds and ends and a lot of the pieces had ink residue on them. They came out to be a nice surprise. :)
